…. and it’s not what you’re thinking. This is what I was up to this afternoon, shoveling out to the GrillMaster 2K+10. They say there are four seasons, but we all know there’s only one season here in the great white midwest: Grill Season. And nothing says Coldest Day of the Year like slow smoked baby back ribs, Southern Style. Got the rub on the ribs and the applewood chips soaked and on the smoker. Gonna be a taste party in my mouth a few hours from now. Pass me the Ghost Pepper Sauce.
