Taste of Thaiyai Gets its Moment of Fame

Bill tries the laab gai. Laura told him to try it before he slathered on the sriracha sauce, but would he listen?
Enjoyed dinner at my favorite restaurant in Apple Valley tonight with Laurie, Bill Roehl (author of the LazyLightning blog), his wife, Kim, his cousin-in-law, Laura, and friend, Tim. We had a blast getting to know each other and sampling some tasty (and spicy) Thai dishes. Haven’t laughed that hard in a good, long time. Here’s a link to Bill’s review. He nailed it — all except the part where he refers to Laurie as my much better half. Oh, all right, he got that right, too.

Same here, my friend. Itching to try Magic Thai now that you’ve built up the spiciness factor. I guess that’s next on my list
